Orders

LJ Harper offers free shipping on all single orders placed which total $250 or more for delivery within the Sydney metropolitan area, which for the purposes of this offer is defined as addresses in postcodes 1100 through to 2891. This offer includes standard shipping within Sydney, Australia.

All orders placed which total less than $250, or any order placed through this website for delivery outside the Sydney metropolitan area will incur a flat shipping rate of $14.95.

Delivery Time

All goods are dispatched from our warehouse located in Miranda, Sydney. Depending on availability and supply of stock we aim to have all orders shipped within one week of purchase.

We reserve the right to hold on shipping of items until we are able to complete orders in their entirety.

Returns

Returns will only be accepted and refunded with prior written approval of LJ Harper & Company. Please email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return before sending any purchased items back to us. If any items are faulty or damaged we ask for an email prior to returning this to us.

Refund requests have to be made within 14 days of receiving the items and refunds or returns will not be given for change of mind. Items accepted for return by LJ Harper & Co must be returned within 21 days of date of delivery in an undamaged, resalable condition.
